HAMILTON, ONTARIO - Cameron Motorsports hosted round four of the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship presented by Toronto Star Wheels at their Hamilton facility this past weekend, and the whole team knew it was a big weekend for the team.

Mike Vincec led the charge on Saturday, with wins in Rotax Max Jr and the coveted Formula Junior race. In fact, CMS drivers swept the podium in Formula Junior with Maxime Pelletier finishing second and Kyle Marcelli finishing third. On Sunday, Frank Launi was drafted in as a teammate to Robert Wickens in Formula Senior, and Launi and Wickens rounded out the Formula Senior podium in second and third. Wickens probably had the best race of his career in Rotax Max Sr, coming from 8 seconds back to overhaul the leader on the last lap for the win.

"I knew he was way out there, but I just put my head down and pushed every lap," Wickens said. It was the end to a troubled weekend for Wickens in Rotax. "Before the second qualifying session, we never completed a lap. I was my own mechanic for Rotax. Thanks have to go to Tim Sinclair, who stepped in to help me...this win was for him."

CMS driver Marco Di Leo rounded out the Rotax Max podium. The Cameron Motorsports Team was also awarded the coveted Pratt & Miller team spirit award for their weekend's efforts.

"This was a great weekend for the whole team," said Bob Cameron. "We really wanted to put on a first class event here at our home track, and we did that. Also our team drivers stepped up to the plate to deliver the results we needed."
