EMPIRE SUPER SPRINTS: Another Strong Weekend for Bergeron
Courtesy Alain Forcier, Team Bergeron, (819) 397-5179
After he finished second Friday night at Ohsweken, Alain Bergeron continued his good work finishing third in the A-Main at Merrittville Speedway. The A-Main was won by Lance Yonge. Bergeron was seventh on the starting grid and made his way to the front and completed the race on the tale of the leaders.
The night had started with a second place finish in his heat and a second place in the DASH race. The third place finish was a little unexpected as Bergeron's team had to place an engine, rear end and front wheel axle into a new frame.
It's a great weekend for Alain Bergeron that can be proud of his second and third place following the bad luck he had last weekend. Bergeron never gives up he's proud and wants to thank his team for all the work done this week. The results are there. That's a really nice gift for all the team.Alain Bergeron wants to also thank his sponsors for the help during the racing season.
Those two great performances has allowed Alain Bergeron to gain a spot in the series standings. He now sits in fifth position in the Empire Super Sprints Championship. Bergeron is also Fifth in the 'Walt's Hobby Dash series', Fourth in the 'Canadian Challenge' and First in the 'Gater Racing News Lap Leader' points series.
Thanks for your support.
