DIRT MOTORSPORTS CONSOLIDATES OPERATIONS TO NORMAN, OKLAHOMA HEADQUARTERS

NORMAN, OK – DIRT MotorSportsTM (DIRT) (OTCBB: BMSR) announced that it will be relocating its operation offices from Colorado Springs, CO to the corporate headquarters in Norman, OK. Shane Carson, race event promoter and sprint car driver with more than 27 years’ industry experience, has been named VP Race Operations.

Several key management and staff within the operations office will be relocating to Oklahoma. In connection with this transition, DIRT Chief Operating Officer Bobby Hartslief, who was based in Colorado Springs, has been relieved of his duties with the Company.

The consolidation of operations to the Norman headquarters is an important part of the Company’s strategy to streamline operations and administrative functions, and better position the Company to effectively manage its growth.

“We’re confident that the relocation of the operations office to Oklahoma will enhance the Company’s level of communication and performance with our team owners, drivers, promoters, track owners, sponsors and our most importantly, our dedicated fans,” said Joe Dickey, Chief Administrative Officer. “We will strive to make this a seamless transition that will positively affect every aspect of our business.”
