BROCKVILLE ONT. SPEEDWAY: Rained out

BROCKVILLE - Brockville Ontario Speedway had managed to dodge more than its share of rain clouds so far this season. That streak came to end with the postponement of tonight's racing program. Rain was persistent throughout the morning and in the afternoon prompting track officials to finally pull the plug around 3 pm this afternoon.

The good news is that fans will not have to wait too long for the next racing action at the fast quarter mile oval. Brockville will light up again on Tuesday night, June 21st for the first event in this year's Super DIRT Series for 358 Modifieds. Time trials will take place at 6:30 pm with the green flag to drop at 7:30 as Steve Paine's tries to make it four straight years with at least one Super DIRT series win at Brockville. The Street Stocks and Rookies will also be on the card.
