VAUGHAN MILLS-AUGUST 2, 2005 - Kasey Kahne, driver of the # 9 Dodge, will be at NASCAR SpeedPark at Vaughan Mills from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, August 11. During his two-hour appearance, Kahne will be signing autographs, racing fans, answering questions and interviewing with the media.
Guests must have a wristband in order to get autographs from Kahne. NASCAR SpeedPark will have a limited number of free wristbands available on a first come, first served basis beginning at 10 a.m. on August 11. NASCAR SpeedPark will also have a limited number of wristbands available as part of a gift with purchase promotion and guests who wish to spend $50 in the NASCAR SpeedPark retail store on August 11 will receive a wristband while supplies last.
With his start at a grass roots level, Kahne’s first competitive laps came on dirt tracks in his home state of Washington. Kahne earned his first Busch Series win in the 2003 season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway and recently won his first NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series victory at Richmond International Speedway on May 14.
