Oct 12, 2007 - The CENTRE for Speed is pleased to announce details of the upcoming 1st ever Atlantic Demolition and Enduro Championships scheduled for Sunday, October 21st. The event, which is part of the Speedway's "Days of Destruction" series will feature drivers from throughout the Maritiimes with cars expected from Halifax, New Glasgow, Charlottetown, Saint John, Fredericont, Sussex, Miramichi and throughout Metro Moncton.
The event will include a Powder Puff and Enduro 100 Championship as well as several novelty events such as the "Soap Box Derby" and Full Contact Race. "This looks like it'll be our biggest ever Day of Destruction event", said Tim Wile - GM of the CENTRE. "I'm excited to see all the interest from throughout the Maritimes. It really makes this an regional championships."
