A 200-lap race, previously rained out on July 26, had been rescheduled for Sat., Sept. 20 with the St- Eustache 300 originally slated to be held on Sunday, Sept. 21. Series and track officials have reached an agreement that will cancel the rescheduled 200-lap race and move the St-Eustache 300 to Saturday, Sept. 20. The move trims the Série ACT Castrol championship schedule from nine races to eight.
The Série ACT Castrol is in action on Saturday, Sept. 6 at Autodrome Chaudière in Vallée-Jonction, QC as the top-11 Castrol teams from Québec and Ontario take on the top-11 teams in the U.S.-based American-Canadian Tour Championship Late Model series in the Coors Light 200 "Showdown at Chaudière," a $5,000-to-win, non-points, all- star invitational race, at 6:30pm.
