Unfortunately due to heavy rains on early Friday morning the racing card at the Ohsweken Speedway has been cancelled for Friday August 12th.
A saturated pit area was the main culprit however with so much rain falling and more scheduled to be on its way there was no choice but to cancel.
There has been no word as of yet on the fate of the Southern Ontario Sprints event scheduled to be run. Up next at Ohsweken, Speedway Variety Proudly Presents the Mini Stock Ladies Race, Street Stock Mechanics race plus a regular card of racing.
