WETASKIWIN, AB – Due to dreary weather conditions, Edmonton Int'l Raceway's Faster Pastor Race Event has been rescheduled to Saturday, August 25, 2007.
Over 15 Pastors are confirmed for this event, the Edmonton Int'l Raceway (EIR) Claimer Car Racers will be loaning their cars to the Pastors to compete in this event. Pastors from all over Alberta will be competing for the chance to win first place and a $500 donation to their Church.
This is a very unique Annual Event at Edmonton and Area's only paved oval and NASCAR Sanctioned race track, Pastors bring members from their congregations to cheer them on and the Fans can expect to see some very competitive racing from these particpants!
Gates open at 4 pm ... Racing begins at 6 pm
Also on the Racing Card Saturday night include: The NASCAR K-Rock Thunder Car 100 Special, Baby Grand Stock Cars, NASCAR Super Late Model Twin Features, Osman Auction-Family Motors Claimer Cars.
