"Sad News: 'Doc' MacDonald, father of Randy and Teri MacDonald, passed away Monday evening. Doc was a long time NASCAR owner, fielding cars in the CTS and Busch Series'. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 29 at 6:30 pm at Cumby Funeral home in High Point, NC.(3-28-2007)"
The last few times I saw Doc, it was in Randy's pit during Busch and Truck races at Daytona. He fought his cancer for a long time, but he always had a positive spirit and a smile on his face. My heart goes out to Randy, Teri and their whole family, who draw stregth from each other and their faith. Inside Track offers condolences to the MacDonald family and their friends.
