Clugston Construction, the leading privately owned building and civil engineering contractor is pleased to announce it was recently presented with a prestigious award by Lichfield District Council, for a refurbishment project undertaken for Morrison Supermarkets PLC, at Bruntwood, in Staffordshire.The project, which was nominated by the building control officer, was for the commercial and partnering approach achieved in delivering the scheme. As a winner in its category, the project was also automatically put forward for the Staffordshire County annual BUILT IN EXCELLENCE awards.
The industry and its customers value the awards, because local authority Building Control, which is entirely independent and unbiased, awards them. ‘Highly Commended’ the project was chosen from over 9,000 projects assessed.
Clugston Construction was presented with the award at a luncheon sponsored by Lichfield District Council and was accepted by Russ Pask on behalf of the Clugston team, which also included Steve Siddall and Neil Bird.
