The OSCAAR Outlaw SLM officials and racers gathered for a meeting on Sunday to elect their new executive and to prepare for the upcoming season. One piece of news that emerged following the meeting was that OSCAAR will be racing at Cayuga Speedway on the Canada Day Weekend, bringing their headline 'Don Biederman Memorial' race to yet another facility.(Biederman photo by Dave Franks)
