The TUSA Mr. DIRT Winternationals scheduled for February 22 – 24 at the East Bay Raceway in Tampa has attracted several NYDCA members looking to get a head start on the upcoming Lucas Oil Open Wheel Lite Season at Merrittville Speedway.
