Cut loose by the Saints in New Orleans, the veteran tight end Jeremy Shockey (notes) is "very interested" to the Miami Dolphins the next destination, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus.
Rosenhaus appeared on the Joe Rose radio program this morning.
Shockey is a free agent to sign with any team.
It is not known if the Dolphins are the team without a name that is supposed to take a physical examination Shockey. Shockey told ESPN that has a regular physical. However, he refused to identify the computer.
Shockey has slowed in recent years and was replaced by Jimmy Graham last season in New Orleans.
Now his agent spoke with the potential to play the former star at the University of Miami for the Dolphins.
