Selected in the fifth round of the 1996 Draft by the Oakland Raiders, Glover played only one year with the team of black and silver to reach New Orleans, where he had his most productive seasons in 2000 when he was leading the league in catches with 17 , a rare feat for a defensive tackle.
In 2002, he began his career with four seasons with the Dallas Cowboys not missed a single game. In all these campaigns, was selected to the Pro Bowl, which joined the nominations in 2000 and 2001 when he played for the Saints.
