Allegheny County Launches New Website

Allegheny County has launched a new website titled "Help in Hard Times" in order to provide resources for families who are affected by the struggling economy. The website provides information and access to programs that help with employment, food, housing, utility assistance, health care and more. The county has already been giving this information out to people who ask but thought it would be easier if they made it available online.
